PSG have agreed a €160m bid for Neymar from Barcelona, according to Mundo Deportivo reporter Francesc Aguilar.

And the Spanish Media GOL reported that, PSG have accepted the bid, the deal will be announced today or tomorrow.

According to early reports, there is no agreement has been found but the negotiations are still ongoing.
